When I am not editing magazines at Hardie Grant Media I write freelance food, booze, travel and lifestyle stories.

My portfolio ranges from critical restaurant reviews to investigative feature articles.

My work has appeared online and in print for Mercedes-Benz, Langton's Fine Wines, Halliday Wine Magazine, The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, Broadsheet Melbourne, The Agenda Daily, Milk Bar Mag, Time Out Melbourne and The Punch.

Back when people still purchased guide books I was a contributor for The Age Good Food U$30 guide, The Age Good Cafe Guide, The Age Cheap Eats Guide and the Time Out Melbourne Bar Guide.

I have a BA in Illustrative Photography from RMIT and a Grad. Dip. in Journalism from the University of Tasmania.

In February of 2019 I was awarded a fellowship to attend the The Symposium for Professional Wine Writers, founded by Meadowood Napa Valley, the Napa Valley Vintners trade association and The Culinary Institute of America.
